Family clearly comes first, so it’s no surprise that as his clients’ personal mortgage consultant, their families’ values are his priority. His goal is to simplify life for his clients. He listens to their concerns, answers their questions and provides clearly defined options for them to make educated decisions that will affect their future.

Simplifying Your Life. – one may ask “How is it possible to simplify?” Jeremy’s answer – you guessed it, “Really, its simple, with experience, knowledge of the marketplace, a strong team and the backing of a solid mortgage bank, I have great resources available right at my fingertips.” Team Daugherty sees the process of each transaction in a simplified manner and though each situation is unique and often complex, the consistent success of this process has gained Jeremy industry-wide respect, countless achievement awards and referrals from clients and peers.

Jeremy strongly believes in our community. Approved by the State of Nevada as a Continuing Education instructor, educating Realtors and Mortgage Lenders is just one way he gives back to the community. He is active in Women’s Council of Realtors (WCR); is a Greater Las Vegas Association of Realtors (GLVAR) Affiliate Member, Jeremy was honored as the 2005 GLVAR Affiliate of the Year and the 2006 GLVAR Bi-Annual Affiliate; he was the 2007 Chairman for GLVAR’s Charities and Events Committee and the 2007 Vice-Chair of WCR Programs.
